Idén ötödik alkalommal rendezi meg a NanoTudomány Nemzetközi Közössége (The International NanoScience Community) virtuális poszter konferenciáját azzal a céllal, hogy a nanotechnológiai kutatások legújabb eredményeit bemutassa a tudományos közösségi hálózat 8100 regisztrált tagjának és az 5400 Facebook-követőjének. A világ számos pontjáról – Indiától Lengyelországig – érkezett prezentációkat a szakemberek és a nanotechnológia vívmányai iránt érdeklődők kommentálhatják, közvetlenül tehetnek fel kérdéseket a szerzőknek. A kapcsolatfelvételek jóvoltából közös kutatási projektek is elindultak már a korábbi évek virtuális találkozóinak köszönhetően.

Az online felület biztosításával – utazási és szállásköltség, részvételi díj megtakarításával – a fejlődő országok kutatói, diákjai is bekerülhetnek a nanotudományos élet vérkeringésébe. A konferenciára április 1-ig lehet még jelentkezni. Az internetes seregszemle április 13-tól 19-igvárja az érdeklődőket.
